Delete account and data
This page applies to ORION WX on the web, as a PWA, and in the Android app.
Delete from Account settings
Sign in, open Account, then choose Privacy & Security > Delete account and data. Confirm your password and, if enabled, your authenticator code.

- Account email and username
- Saved locations and commute routes
- Preferences, weather snapshots, usage records, verification/reset tokens, 2FA data, and push subscriptions
- Account-linked local reports
Subscriptions
If a Stripe subscription is active, cancel it through Manage Subscription before deleting the account. ORION does not silently leave an active subscription behind.
Retention
A minimal pseudonymous deletion event may be retained for up to 30 days for security and audit purposes. It does not contain your email, username, password, locations, routes, preferences, or authentication secrets.
Cannot sign in?
Email [email protected] with the subject “ORION WX account deletion request.” Do not send your password or authenticator code. Support responses do not confirm whether an arbitrary email has an account.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
